Before booking your stay, we invite you to read a few important details.
These help keep things simple, smooth, and aligned with the spirit of the house.
STAYS
Stays vary depending on the season.
During mid-high and peak season, stays are typically from Monday to Monday.
Shorter stays may be available depending on the season, with a minimum 4 nights.
Arrival days may vary depending on availability.
Bed linen, bath towels and foutas for the pool are provided.
For longer stays (one week or more), fresh linen and towels can be arranged upon request.
We’ll guide you through the available options for your dates when you send us your request.
HOUSE CAPACITY
The house accommodates up to 4 guests.
A fifth guest (child) may be hosted upon request, using a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
THE SPIRIT OF THE HOUSE
Agua Salada is a place for rest, simplicity, and respect.
It is not suited for parties or events.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Reservations at Agua Salada are confirmed by bank transfer. Once we’ve reviewed your request and agreed on the dates, we’ll send you all the playment details by email - it’s a simple and secure process. Full payment is required to confirm your stay.
CANCELLATION
Plans can change, and we understand that.

More than 8 weeks before arrival → 80% refund

Between 8 and 4 weeks → 50% refund

Less than 4 weeks → no refund
If we are able to rebook your dates, we will always do our best to offer a partial refund whenever possible.
All cancellations must be made by email and are considered effective upon confirmation.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of 400€ is collected in cash at check-in and returned in full at check-out, provided everything is left in good condition.
Please have it prepared in advance, as it is necessary to complete the check-in process and cannot be deferred.
This helps us take care of the house so it remains a beautiful place for everyone.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in from 16:00 - 21:00
Check-out before 11:00
Late check-out may be possible upon request and depending on availability, sometimes with an additional fee.
If you expect to arrive later than 21:00, please let us know in advance, as late arrivals may not always be possible without prior notice.
We will share all practical details with you before your arrival, so everything feels simple and smooth.
