Agua Salada is a restored Provençal farmhouse set just outside Malaucène, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, surrounded by vineyards, trees and quiet landscapes.

THE STORY OF AGUA SALADA
The name Agua Salada echoes the Provençal Aigua Salada and the local name L´Eau Salée, meaning salt water.
We chose its Spanish form, keeping a connection to the place and its history while making the name our own.
History
Over the years, the property has been home to different ways of life. Once a farmhouse, it later became a local restaurant, where neighbours and travellers gathered for lunch and enjoyed the pool.
Agua Salada today
We live at Agua Salada year-round and welcome guests in two independent accommodations: The Gîte, for up to four, and The Pool House Studio, for up to two.
Each has its own space and terrace, with access to the surrounding grounds and the shared swimming pool (open seasonally).
The countryside
Agua Salada sits within an agricultural valley, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and orchards. The changing seasons are part of everyday life here, from spring blossom to the harvest months.
THE RESTORATION
Over the years, we restored Agua Salada from the roofs and floors to the installations that make it comfortable today, preserving the character of the old Provençal farmhouse.
The Gîte and The Pool House Studio were also completely renovated, bringing together original features and modern comforts.
Our aim was to give the property a new chapter while keeping its character.
