STAYS
Stays vary depending on the season.
During mih-high and peak season, stays are typically from Monday to Monday.
Shorter stays may be available depending on the season, with a minimum 4 nights.
Arrival days may vary depending on availability.
Bed linen, bath towels and foutas por the pool are provided.
For longer stays (one week or more), fresh linen and towels can be arranged upon request.
We’ll guide you through the best option when you send your request.
HOUSE CAPACITY
The house accomodates up to 4 guests.
A fifth guest (child) may be accomodated upon request, using a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
THE SPIRIT OF THE HOUSE
Agua Salada is a place for rest, simplicity, and respect.
It is not suited for parties or events.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
To confirm your stay, full payment by bank transfer is required.
Once your request is approved, we will share payment details.
Your reservation is considered confirmed once payment is received.
CANCELLATION
Plans can change, and we understand that.

More than 8 weeks before arrival → 80% refund

Between 8 and 4 weeks → 30% refund

Less than 4 weeks → no refund
If we are able to rebook your dates, we will always do our best to offer a partial refund whenever possible.
All cancellations must be made by email and are consideres effective upon confirmation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 400€ is required in cash at check-in.
The deposit is returned at check-out, provided everything is left in good condition.
Please note that the deposit is required upon arrival and is necessary to complete the check-in process.
We kindly ask the deposit is prepared in advance, as it is required at the ckeck-in and can not be deferred.
This helps up take care of the house so it remains a beautiful place for everyone.

Check-in from 16:00 - 21:00
Check-out before 11:00
Late check-out may be possible upon request and depending on availability, sometimes with an additional fee.
If you expect to arrive later than 21:00, please let us know in advance, as late arrivals may not always be possible without prior notice.
We will share all practical details with you before your arrival, so everything feels simple and smooth.
